Hello have you tried calling 111 or your GP? Could be an infection of some kind?

IBS is really annoying- didn’t know that. I remember at once point I got serious back pain in the middle- that was painful. What has Gp said gong forward? They don’t seem to be great with digestion issues? Only thing maybe to watch your diet if you haven’t already done that?

Has prostatitis been ruled out. There are various forms including chronic and acute bacterial and they're not easy to diagnose and may not show up in tests. Your symptoms could indicate this.

I have chronic prostatitis (which developed from the acute bacterial form), but I’ve never had back pain with it. This sounds more like a kidney problem, though I am aware that intestinal problems can give rise to similar pain (though not necessarily frequent urination). Referred pain can be difficult to identify - perhaps a scan is in order?

I always get pain very low back into rump when I get a prostatitis flare up.

Like Catatvet05 says watch your diet. Dont eat late at night, I have dinner by 6.30pm and I dont eat anything after. Limit alcohol and no fizzy drinks. My last cuppa tea is 8pm and then I have water if thirsty. If no improvement keep on at your GP . Good luck

Sounds like a urinary tract infection. I’d call your physician.

I've been checked for uti, bloodwork and urine all good...Had an endoscopy a few months ago...all clear..Pelvic ultrasound, good too...Waiting on a ct...ugh this is so frustrating...The dull backpain is the most annoying thing....Tylenol doesn't really help much either....
