IBS symptoms even when I don’t eat anything

Hello everyone , hope everyone is keeping well!

Does anyone experience IBS symptoms (painful stomach and sicky feeling) even when you haven’t eaten anything in a while or not eaten anything at all!

I do if I've not eaten at my usual times. My IBS is very routine based, and any upset in the timings of my meals, particularly not eating, tends to set it off.

I get IBS symptoms regardless of if I have eaten.

The pain I experience is excruciating with nothing seeming to alleviate it.

Yes, I have to eat regularly if I go too long without food I get pain. Then when I start eating I get wind😄 you have to laugh sometimes its a vicious circle.

Same here, I find not eating can set it off too, I can feel it building and then when I eat I’m in agony! The pain is actually my main symptom, and it sometimes ruins my quality of life. Going zero fodmap for a while can help me heal though I think x

Not eating doesn't help tbh its having an appetite in the first place. I still try and eat something. Little and often is key with plenty of water
