Blood in stool? And black bits

Sorry for the graphicness of this post however I’m a little worried! I’ve been having really bad Ibs flare ups and today was the most severe I’ve had in a while. I noticed black parts to my stool and abit of blood on the tissue. Does this happen to anyone else? I’ve never noticed this before when I have had flare ups before (and I have them all the time)

Any amounts of blood noticed when going to the toilet should be reported to your GP, it may turn out to be a hemorrhoid but you need your GP to confirm what it is.
