You need to ask your doctor this question so thst you can get the correct answer.

One is an autoimmune disease the other is not and both are treated differently please ask your GP to clarify
I don’t think it’s possible to have borderline coeliac disease. You either have it or you don’t.
I would go back and ask for clarification and maybe get a second opinion.
