Anybody take bio cultures?

If so, do you also take them with your PPIs or IBS meds?

I only ask, as when I first started taking these amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07... about 6 weeks ago, I felt like I was noticing a difference. I wasn't as gassy or bloated but things have pretty much returned to the way they were before.

So I'm wondering whether to try them without my omeprazole for a week or so and see how that goes. I feel like taking a stomach acid reducing med may counteract something like this.

I took 2 of these on Wednesday, and it caused me a bit of extra bloating.

Not sure what to do for the best now.
