Have you discussed your symptoms with your GP to understand what is available to help with your symptoms? You should still be able to get a phone appointment during lock down. For example, if you have diarrhea there is immodium or antispasmodics such as mebeverine (Colofac). Sometimes leakage can be due to the opposite i.e. having bad constipation and impacted stools and then getting overflow diarrhea where liquid food leaks around the edges of the stools that aren't making their way out easily - if this is the case you will need treatments for IBS-C (constipation dominant). Have you looked at your diet such as the FODMAP elimination & reintroduction diet? Have you tried any probiotics such as Alflorex or Symprove? In the interim if you are concerned about leakage you can buy disposable pant from most supermarkets.
