Hi, I'm looking for some advice I had bad diarrhoea at the weekend very sore in my right side as usual but have felt nauseous all week not been hungry so haven't eaten much. Which makes me feel panicky I have had watery diarrhoea should I wait or should I take some fybogel to bulk it up ?

f your BMs have changed you should contact your GP or IB team, for advice and to be checked over. There are many reasons why we suffer with diarrhoea, one of which is to rid the body of anything toxic, another is as a warning system. If you don't know why you have it, how can you treat it?

I highly recommend aloe vera juice and peppermint oil capsules. I swear by them!
