Has any one tried alflorex as recommended, interested in any results from them ,i have tried so many ibs remedies that have had little effect ,and wasted loads of money ,but just recieved my free trial of alflorex i just dread making things worse .

They made me a bit constipated, as did symprove!
Aflorex made my ibs d worse. But Im sure they work for some . Any probiotics or antibiotics do that to me.
Worked for 2months, then symptoms of C came back. Tried again after 3months and the same thing happened again! Seems it works in small installments for me!
