Advice on IBS

Hi,

Years ago when I was around 17 I was diagnosed with IBS I was in a lot of pain with stomach and ended up going to emergency room where there said it was IBS. Since then I haven’t really ever had flare up or anything. I had my son in January this year and afterwards my bowels played me up rotten which I thinks pretty normal after pregnancy!! However 6 months on and for the last 4 weeks I’ve had bloating, loads and loads of feeling of trapped wind constantly and it’s starting to get me down. I suffer with anxiety anyway so that doesn’t help as when I’m stressed or worry it makes it worse. But I keep thinking the worst and diagnosing myself with more!
