Ibs playing up again (Rant)

These aren’t really questions more of rants.

At the shops suddenly very ill in a public cubical makes me feel so shit but it’s only a 10 min drive home if that... I got this!

Happened to me on Wednesday but I made it too the loo in Debenhams like you that's what you have to turn into a positive you made it to a toilet. Takes you awhile to recover I know and completely understand but never give up. Best wishes

Missed not getting to loo a few times myself. Awful but have made myself think there must be so many of us out there. I drive and keep change of clothes and underwear in car, but sometimes come home sitting on a carrier bag!!! And get sorted at home.

That my worst fear it’s never happened thank god (but it’s been close haha) I almost always stay in because of my problem

[Hidden]

I know how you feel. I have had to give up a lot of things because I never know how my bowels will behave. I know the whereabouts of every loo in my local town and usually shop at the supermarkets with their own loos!
