Hi all well after quite a while being fjne and well, after tea last night i suddenly developed a dreadful reaction to something so scared I went straight to my gp who thankfully was still in. Am having tests today but where did that come from? From being well and happy to scared and feeling like I've been hit by a bus today - so sorry for my whinge but am feeling a bit wobbly mentally x

Hi much better thanks just been to have bloods taken to check for food allergies but am just fed up as at the moment there's always something- did you get an answer to your query about runny nose and tum? I get sinus problems with cheese for some reason hope you it sorted x

No, not really, I think I'm work in progress. It's something I have always had and just got on with it and thought it normal but I have been thinking about it lately and wondering if it was trying to tell me something. Let us know what they come back with from your blood test, you never know it might be relevant to someone else. Glad you're feeling better today.

I know my friend like I do..has IBS-D..and I have the opposite. She says bulking agents like Konsyl, Metamucil..helps bull up stools..so she doesn't have "the runs" as much..
