Hi I just need someone that knows this crippling wind pain lay all night with heat pad on I also get a tugging on my right side under my ribs but suffer terribly with what seems like trapped wind any suggestions please

HI i find the best thing that works for me and trapped wind is moving around and exercising at home, the best way to stop the wind fully or at least lessen it for me however is cutting down on Broccoli and Cauliflower. It may be different for you however but it's worth a try
For me it's wheat. If I stay off wheat, I don't bloat and get wind. Also keep carbs low generally
This may sound crazy, but laying on my side and taking really big breaths like I'm trying to fill up my tummy like a balloon, holding it about 10 seconds and slowly letting it out sometimes helps. After about 5-6 times of doing this it seems to get the wind "moving out". Also, taking an anti gas pill helps. Good luck!
