Tiredness
I only feel tired if I have an diverticular attack. Have you been tested for anemia?
If you have these bowel problems and are looking after your daughter full time suggest you need extra support, please ask your GP for support
Do you drink tea at all? I’ve recently read up on tea and decided to cut it out, tea contains high levels of tannin which can cause stomach upset and if drank too closely to meal times (before or after) it can block iron absorption and also protein. Just a thought if you do drink it to try cutting it out incase your body isn’t getting the right amount of iron or protein. If you’re like me and have quite a restricted diet anyway it’s important to make sure we are getting the nutrition from the food we do eat, hope this helps xx
At this moment in time I feel exactly like you. I also have diverticular and ibs. I think for me anyway it's the constant worry of not knowing what the morning will bring. Not sleeping properly doesn't give your body chance to repair itself. I have been recommended FLoridex with B vitamins by my local health shop. So started on it yesterday see how I go.
Hi, I don't mean to pry but do you not get any help looking after your daughter? At your age (which I found on your previous post) you should be slowing down. I think anyone your age would be tired, I certainly would and I am 61. I hope you don't think I am being rude.
