Hi ,I am 68 and am widowed. I have a grown up son but live alone which at times can make me feel isolated.But in this world of Silver Surfers life is easier than for previous generations who really in my similar circumstances must have felt alone.

Yes for the time of year.. I'm not a big Christmas fan I find it very stressful and having to to please "Everyone" at the same time.. IBS PERFECT STORM Oh well in a months time Holiday adverts ontv and Easter Eggs in Asda !!

I looked on your profile page..a little unclear about your post..and are you asking for advice? Sorry..confused..😕. Do you have IBS-C or IBS-D. I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Have you had any tests done..or see a Gastroenterologist? Just trying to get a clearer picture..

IBS-C , but after 10 years no I don't look for advice really. but find Activia has helped tremendously.My loss was 8 years ago now so with time and my Faith it is manageable Thanks for asking.

I am happy to hear Activia is helping you! The holidays are very difficult for many people with or without IBS. Even if your loss was 8 years ago, it seems fresh at this time of year. My heart goes out to you.
