Feeling a bit fluey

Hi, I have a different question for you: There is a lot of fluey things going around. I think I may be fighting it. Does anyone else feel rather wobbly and heavy legged, slightly hot eyes, kind of a sore throat, and just not right? I feel like this during the day, then after my evening meal I feel almost fine and able to go to work?

Have you been tested for coeliac? Notice from previous posts that you mention fibre based things give you gyp.

No I haven't, is a fluey feeling a symptom for it?

Something to do with nasal passages if i remember. Bit like an allergy, sneezes etc

Been like this for a couple of days now and its the cold, def a bit of it doing the rounds.

Yep, its definitely going on around my area. Daughter and GD had it for a whole week. Dr's say it's viral so no prescribed meds for such. (Tamiflu is a joke!)

I had same feeling..did deep breathing exercises every 4 hours, and if I woke at night, for 3 days...got passed it. 😃
