As I stated on my page I live in South Wales and am 30 years old. Been with my boyfriend Adam for ten years and have suffered with IBS for half of that time.

I have had terrible trouble with it, constipation and bloating being my main woes.

I'm tiny only 7 and a half stone but can have a terrible swollen tummy and the pain it causes..! Luckily I am blessed with D cups so have a good figure but the pain is unbearable after I eat certain foods and have had to cancel many evenings out with friends and go to bed early. It really interferes with your life and I feel non sufferers nod sympathetically but they don't really get it.

Was hoping to speak to like minded sufferers here and see if we can help each other☺
