What does anyone find helps with the complete lack of energy associated with an IBS flare up. Fed up with waking up feeling exhausted and even walking to the kitchen is a major effort. Any ideas welcomed

Hi r u sure u only have ibs have u seen a doctor hope u feel better
Hi, sorry for my delayed response. I suffer from chronic and severe constipation..IBS..cyst on spleen. All of this with no answers from dismissive Gastros leaves me feeling ignored, unheard, depressed and exhausted. I am averaging 3-4 hours of sleep a night. Now I am having shoulder pain from constant straining and hanging on toilet rim to help me pass stool..and to not faint. I am even on stool softeners which really don't produce much. I recently found out I am low on Magnesium and vitamin B12. That many of us are difficient in. I was taking prescribed tablets 500mcg of vitamin B12. It improved my mood and energy greatly. I'm also going to try Magnesium citrate capsules I ordered online. The B12 tablets though are really upsetting my stomach..😳. Now, I have to get the B12 injections. I may get the nasal spray instead. Have you been tested..Colonoscopy? B12 or Magnesium deficiency? I also found out after having a blood test, I am anemic..so you may be..best to get tested. Hope you feel better soon..☺
This is the reason I’m going to give fortijuice a go
