Hello All, i am new here and I am after a little adviceplease.
I have been eating flaxseed everyday for the last 7 weeks and after suffering years of constipation have finally got my bowels into regular rhythm.... each week just gets better and better! I also eat a good amount of fruits and vegetables + pulses. (I always have done though...)
So I am going away and won’t be able to eat my flaxseed and worried about how my bowels will be.... what advice can you give please?

I always take a small bag of flaxseed with me whenever I go away. No one has ever asked what it is or what I'm doing! I simply take an even smaller bag into breakfast in a hotel & add it to my cereal. Wouldn't be without it.
As b1b1b1 says can't see the problem of taking them with you. Hotels and holiday company's are more in tuned with tummy conditions that may require special diets
