Does anyone find unusual exertion sometimes brings on a flare up? I'm wondering as it seems to have coincided twice now with flare ups that last for days. Just want to sleep all the time, feel so weak

Hi I am always totally exhausted before a flare up I think it's my first sign I'm coming into flare ... exertion is a major symptom and nothing helps other than bed rest for days sometimes more it's depressing but it's necessary for your mind and body to recover well this is what I experience... so if you can sleep then welcome it for as long as u can best wishes xx

Thank you that's so helpful to know. I was wondering whether it was a symptom of something else. As you do......!

I also have bad headaches with this so if you do too it is also due to a flare well it is for me anyway xx
