I have a hard time with heat and humidity..find it makes my symptoms worse..it may be the heat.

It's not funny, but I know what you mean about the paranoia! You should try the probiotic and magnesium supplement I've been taking and had good success with -- after nine years of symptoms, I'm finally pretty normal again!
