It seems an more ongoing symptom for me is now hiccups after eating. Not just little but huge painful ones. I am eating little and slowly. Does anyone else have this?? Its driving me mental today. Any food or drink has done it 🙈😭

Try not to swallow air. Best not to use a straw. Keep eating slowly and chew thoroughly. Also, it might be good not to chew gum, although I don't know if you do. Good luck.
Hi, I stopped having chewing gum maybe nearly a year ago as was hiccuping lots but its strange its come back. I try eating as slow as possible without over thinking it and also having small meals so little and more often. Thank you for your reply
Hi Do you have a hiatus hernia? as hiccups are very common with this condition. maybe ask your Dr for an antiacid to take before meals.when the hiccups start sip very slowly water trying not to breathe in during this time.hope this might help
