You may recognise me from asking IBS advice before ( although have a new phone and not sure its registering who I am!)
Anyway getting awful cramps, spasms ( gling to loo normal). Would wrlcome any experiences anyone has had with L glutamine.

I think l need antibiotics rather just being told I have IBSI am new here and l have IBS with constipation. Has anyone else gone through with these type of symptons a lot? 
Stopped - L. reuteri probiotic (DSM 17938). My latest trial in an ongoing search to alleviate my IBS related symptoms (chronic dysbiosis?)
Could this be gastritis?
