IBs and closed pimples

Hello all! Does any one experienced closed sudden little pimples bcz of bloating and constipation ? I have a super clear skin but i noticed those little bumps on my face in parallal with the boating and costipation symptoms..does anyone knw about this thing? I went to a dermatologist he gave me acbe medication but what im experiencing is not really acne..especially that i dont wear makeup and i do go heavy on my face i take very good care of it! Please tell me if thr is any telation between ibs and closed comodones or pimples ..thanks in advance!

I get them as well mainly on my forehead, along with the constipation ibs. Like little white pimples or boils. Never suffered with acne all my life but have to just put spot cream on them, as not sure what else.
