I want down advise on Indian food with IBS. My husband is taking me out for a meal Friday to an I down restaurant.

Any recommendations on what woukd be q good choice?

I'm sure there are things on there I can eat without having dramatic side effects. Xx

Ring ahead, explain and see what they say. I went to an Indian restaurant at the weekend and I had something called paneer masala. They made it very very mild without chilli and I was fine. It kind of depends what your system is like. Indian food is both spicy and greasy/oily both of which can trigger ibs but everyone is different.
