If anyone still interested . Product seems to cause a bit of constipation at times . Seem to have the odd urgent rush to loo still . About one a week and usually in evening after eating.
I had hoped , I could drink wine with meals as things seemed to have improved. I think not though , as wine often continues to produce a trigger reaction.
I think maybe reviewed this enough now. Unless anyone interested, I think I can conclude this.
Product worth trying , it definitely changed things but you still have to be aware of triggers .
In my opinion , it helps significantly but probably not going to be a magic cure.
I will continue to take but after 12 weeks I intend to stop and see what happens . The cost is also a factor but if you can afford , I think it is worth a try.

Thank you so much for your continued reviews. It is very helpful when considering if to try a product before purchasing. It certainly seems giving it a go worthwhile. Often I read products that have helped but no one really has done a week by week review. So grateful you've done this. Hoping it will have given you some hope. An improvement is better than none albeit not a cure. Well done !!!
Thanks for reply. I don't think there is a lot of interest now, so as things pretty much static , I think little point in repeating same weekly. If any major noteworthy change I will post , or happy to answer questions. Otherwise will let this subject drop.
After your week 1 review I gave this product a tryout and, although I did find it made some difference for the better quite quickly, it also managed to make my acid reflux worsen to such a degree that my medication for that condition couldn't function. This has been a problem for me when trying out several probiotics, so I think that's my last trip down that route.
Thanks so much for all your updates though, that sort of info is immensely helpful. I just wish it had been the magic bullet for you that we're all searching for!
Yes , it does seem to make a difference and noticeable quickly . After that things remained fairly steady for me. I also get some acid reflux and take Rinitedine . Kimijea though did not affect this in my case and I had no issues there.
That was a pity that you had a problem and despite benefits , overall not a good solution.
The product is not as you put it -a magic bullet . I maybe thought it would be and abused things by eating and drinking trigger things and expected it stop attacks. It did not achieve that , probably stupid to think it would.
For me it helps but not a total cure as yet. Will continue with it for now .
Thanks, Will, for taking the trouble to provide these updates. On balance, I think I will keep Kijimea ‘in reserve’ for any deterioration in my symptoms.
At the moment I am finding that H&B Acidophilus (3 billion) is pretty effective, taken first thing in the morning with water. There are the occasional ‘urgent rushes’ but much fewer than before and usually after one of what seems to be an expanding range of triggers. I have found that broccoli, onions, tomatoes ‘en masse’ (eg fresh tomato and basil soup), beer in quantity, and baked beans (surprise, surprise...) cause me problems.
I can tolerate most of the above in moderation, and eggs, which I originally thought to be a problem food, clearly aren’t, now that I’ve isolated them.
My next plan is to try Alflorex, and possibly, later, H&B Acidophilus 20 billion, just to avoid my system ‘getting used’ to any one regime.
I'm on Alflorax..... I'm quite impressed. Stopped taking Imodium. I hippie you get good results. I got mine from their website, best price i could find, at the time
Thanks for taking the trouble to report on this expensive new treatment. It is obvious that it is in no way useful for IBSC and you have saved me possible further misery, as well as money.
Thank you for reply. I would say , that according to the product information , it is supposed to work for both D & C types of ibs. I am predominantly D and it made me move more towards C but that is just me. Cant say what would occur for IBS C .
It is very expensive though. As all that changed happened fairly quickly , I would say that should you wish to try, a two week supply would likely tell you if it was any good for you.
