Im really confused about calories in my rice... is it more calories when cooked? This is my pack

I'm so confused so when I weigh 66g of uncooked rice . when it's cooked it will be 210 calories? Help!

You have to measure your rice when it's cooked. Water doesn't have any calories.

But it changes the weight of your rice.

Of course. The rice absorb all the water you pour in.
