Makes sense. Shows just how adaptable our body is despite our abuse.

It certainly does make sense and yes our bodies are very adaptable. I always feel if you eat healthily then your system will work better.

No research cited supporting any of his tips for digestive success. Maybe my scepticism is why none of the IBS self-help cures work for me!

I found it a very interesting read though and agree that we shouldn't be relying on taking many supplements to make our bodies work well. A healthy diet is the best way to go but I do understand that many people cannot eat healthy food all the time i.e. I cannot eat raw carrots as I am in agony.

What I am saying here is that everyone is different but if you can make a healthy diet work then all for the better but I know it's not possible for quite a few people who have IBS (I've had the condition for 22 years now but am much better as the moment).
