I have Buscupan in the cupboard but that is it. If I get tummy pain in the evening I use a hot water bottle but I'm not suffering like I was and I think this is down to my diet of cutting out rubbish i.e. I cook from scratch, I even make my own bread now and don't buy any from the supermarkets.
