I would like to share the fact I had my first pie in over 3 yrs this week.
Using a gluten and dairy free short crust pastry mix.
I openly confess I cried a little as I have really missed a good pie!

I can certainly understand Louise why you cried, this condition can make you emotional. What a fab looking pie and hope you really enjoyed it
