Hi I would be really grateful for any advice ... basically two months ago I started getting random days of Diarrhea and stomach ache ... could this be ibs because I have never had it before but I don't know what keeps causing it thanks

It could be if you can relate it to periods of stress, or a particular food. Try a food diary, but seek medical advice if it becomes more frequent or gets worse.
Have you changed any medication recently?
