I get pain in my left side mostly but have had pain radiate to my back. Have you been diagnosed with IBS? If you are concerned I would go to your GP.

Hope you feel better soon.

Your gallbladder is on the left. If you get pains when you eat dairy, meat and high fat foods that are really gripping, hot/cold sweats, feel sick etc could be gallstones.

I get pain in my right side too. It feels like stitch sometimes. Waiting for colonoscopy but things have improved with FODMAP.
