As this is an IBS forum you might be better asking your question on a hypertension forum.

If you put controlling blood pressure into your browser it will come up with ideas. The common ones are -

1 exercise like walking

2 losing weight

3 reducing salt

4 eating healthily

5 reducing alcohol

Maybe there is one of these you could try for a start? If you are overweight then joining something like weight watchers may help with other people to encourage you. Otherwise medication is important to reduce it if your blood pressure is high from the doctor.

Are you on medication for this and, if so, have you told your GP it isn't doing the job?

Not what you're looking for?
