Yellow flakes in toilet

Hello all. I am freaking out I have had terrible dirahea for about 3 weeks it just won't pass, I was starting to think it's IBS but I have just been the toilet and noticed that there was some like yellow speckles/flakes in the loo. What could this be??? It has scared me!! I'm not in to see my doctor for another week too! Thanks

It's probably slightly undigested food!! Peas tomato skin and sweet corn can pass through me looking the same as they went in!! So try not to be too concerned about it!!
