Intolerence testing

Hi I had been in & out of the doctors for the last year 2 months ago I ended up paying 90 pound for a food intolerance test. What did you want to know?
I have had IBS for many years. Saw at hospital dietician over 2 years ago as I could not lose weight, who put me on FODMAP diet (lost over 3 stone). Last year after what was thought to be food poisoning, hospital said I now have Diverticulosis. In desperation after weeks of diarrhoea I went to a food allergist. Took me off dairy, yeast and several other things. Was already off gluten. What an improvement! Last week had further test my yeast intolerance has nearly gone! Feel much better. Its hard work but am persevering as daily and nightly diarrhoea was not giving me any life at all. Hubby sceptical but can see the difference as can many others. My energy levels have much improved also. First appt cost £60 2nd cost £35. Hope this helps.
Sorry, I don't, but you may find this article I posted helpful. It looks at how one food tolerance can be mistaken for another: sickofibs.com/ibs-triggers/...
