I know to some extent I have candid and overgrowth, but I may have also have sibo. What I'm wondering is do you think candida is caused more by a poor diet or small intestinal bacteria overgrowth?

As I know this is to do with my terrible diet, but was wondering what one is mostly caused by diet?

Everything to do with our gut is exasperated by what we eat! If you have candida or bad bacteria overgrowth you need to remove ALL carbs from your diet, go on 2 garlic tablets a day and a very good probiotic/ prebiotic everyday. . If it does not clear up ask your doctor for a test for Dysbiosis.
