Depends i guess if you are sensitive to what you have in it. Celery affects some people but until you try you wont know. I love strawberries and they move me but i wouldnt for one minute think that they would have the same effect on someone else.

Raw peppers are not good, or onions. They will give me pain but otherwise I try and eat salad to get my bowels going and to get nutrients, as limited what fruit and veg I can eat

After having surgery for a blocked bowel my surgeon told me never to eat salad, or anything hard.

The reason people eat salad when dieting is it sits and hangs around in your stomach for a long time, hence leaves you feeling full up so you eat less.

So I would suggest if you suffer with IBS to avoid it, and replace it with more cooked veg, but the right veg that doesn't cause pain.

Good luck
