Enterosgel

Has anybody on here tried something called enterosgel? I saw it advertised in the paper and said it was amazing etc! Those ads can however be somewhat biased of course so was just wondering if anybody can give their opinion on it.

I have also looked at the Holland & Barrett website (this is a company that I trust) and the reviews look very good

From what I have read on line it's a natural remedy but by the looks of it mainly for IBS D. I'm not going to purchase it as I have mainly IBS C.

Hello crazy fitness. I was diagnosed with IBS a few years ago and have been back on FODMAPS because of a recent flare up again. Please can you explain the difference between IBS C and D - I haven’t seen anything about that. Thank you

Yes one is diarrhoea and the other constipation. Sometimes you may come across ibs A too which means alternating.

Hi LizzieAFib , it's exactly what Robinson32 has said below. IBS C is constipation and IBS D is diarrhoea, the A is alternating between constipation and diarrhoea.

Hi there

I tried it a while back last year - can’t say it worked for me - plus it’s quite expensive and tastes yuck!!
