I did eat pretty well yesterday

l would say l ate real well yesterday thinking l would at least have something to pass.

But no bowel movement today! l had plenty of spasms last night after going to bed. l did drink a lot of water yesterday l would say. l do not know what to do to tell you the truth. Hoping anyone who can give me a little insight about this. I do worry!

Thank you

Not everyone needs to go every day. I was always told that 2 days without going wouldnt be considered out of the ordinary if you were to ask a medic.

Check your daily intake of fibre, are you eating 30gms? I agree with Lisahelen, everyone is different,I used to go 7 days without a movement until I increased my fibre intake
