We all have good days and bad days so its important to remove those triggers, well whilst having a bad few days i started to look at various triggers and i came across an interesting article on blood types and the foods to avoid. Since i started to remove these types of foods my good days have started to get more frequent, ive also started to take a Centrum Fruity Chewable Multi Vit every day, and it seems to be working.
