Get to the doctors & let us know how you are. Go on - do it now

With IBS you should eat regularly and small portions. Our bodies get tired easily because more energy than usual is spent digesting our food. So if we give our bodies food little and often it can digest easier and give us more energy to make it through the day. Skipping meals is bad - but I feel you; I feel so nauseous sometimes that I don't want to eat but our bodies need fuel to run so I force myself to eat a little something. I have to admit I still feel lethargic a lot of the time but can generally make it through the day.
