Hi john I can tell you its no joke I had ibs for over ten yrs & the pain spasms & dyria never ended I lived on the toilet my life was hell with it but I needent of suffered that much the doctors got it wrong with me untill I got malnutrition & needed a urgent blood transfusion & a stay in hospital for two wks with losing that much weight so I sed to them test me for coeliac disease & I had serious damage to my intestines with eaten gluten they said you have coeliac disease so dont leave it get help from yur doctor take care & be safe patricia
