IBS AND COLITIS

I've suffered from IBS C for years. Just been diagnosed with Colitis. Has anyone heard of GREG Williams who offer a program to heal your ulcerative colitis. What was the outcome? Thank you

My wife has UC which was brought on with pregnancy - what has worked for her is to eradicate certain foods, dairy and process foods, caffeine are totally off the menu along with spicy food. Along with prescription drugs for the odd flare up (Stress Related) she has been fine, she drinks only peppermint and green tea with plenty of water.

So please start a food diary and find our what is your triggers, i have done the some when i was informed i had IBS !!!

You will get better once you dispose of the foods that you can no longer have.

I think anyone who claims to cure Ulcerative Colitis is a bit of a quack. Through medication you can put it in remission but the only cure is removal of the colon.
