Just wanted to say thank you to everyone on here. Im honestly so glad I found this forum and the massiv support we are all giving each other. It made me finally realise I'm not suffering alone and there are proven remedies that people have found. Thank you to every one of you and I hope we all get better soon xxx

You're definitely not alone but we can only supply our own experiences and suggest that people try what works for us as everyone is different and although the symptoms might sound the same they rarely are

It's really a matter of trial and error to see what works for you

I also found this forum really helpful and supportive when I joined, which was quite a while ago now. Agree with NailQueenxo in that everyone is different and we don't all suffer the same but what's good to know if we are not alone, there are thousands of us.

It is a great forum! No we are not alone and most people can't talk about it. It took me years and I think that actually makes the IBS symptoms escalate. Thank you to all of you brave people for sharing with me xx
