I suffer with IBS-c with intermittent diarrhoea and I always find in the build up to a diarrhoea episode that I am absolutely exhausted pre and post, and that before hand I could literally eat everything in sight and still feel so hungry I feel faint. I get fatigue a lot of the other time as well, I find probiotics, zinc and iron supplements,  drinking plenty of water and getting lots of fresh air (windows open in work, in the car, at home, a walk once a day outside) helpful.
