Going on a HUGE boat party in Ibiza and a wee bit wary of IBS flaring up! I am sure it won't but on the occasion it does, do you guys have any tips or experiences I can relate too to help me! Thanks

Carry with you Immodium and Buscopan "just in case" as a safety net. Wear a pad and maybe also carry Theanine or Kalms to help anxiety. Knowing these are readily available to help if necessary will probably mean that you won't have any trouble. Be wary of what you eat the day before, i.e. not too many vegetables!
