Apple Cider Vineger

Hi All, Someone put a post on this forum about Apple cider Vineger ,and I've lost it.

I have a great belief in this for IBS,but I can't remember how to use it to help with IBS severe pain.

I would be grateful if anyone can remember reading it,if you would put the post back on.

It wasn't me who put up the post about ACV, but I did give it a go once and the dose was 2-3 tablespoons in warm water first thing in the morning - even before the cuppa!

Yes I think it's fine to take with other meds, it's not likely to cause any problems. My husband takes it to help with his Type 2 diabetes and it works wonders for that.

I put the post in, I take 1 tablespoon in warm water with a little honey I take it in the morning first thing and again before my evening meal.

Do hope it works for you, it must be Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

with ' The Mother'.

Thank you, I'm going to give it a go,got nothing to loose.Ive got the raw with the mother in so I'll let you know if it helps.

Hi, Just about what amount you find ok, I like mine quite warm and find it

no problem at all to drink. Also someone told me about a probiotic.

Saccromyces Boulardii, I got some via Amazon, its fairly expensive but you

should look it up on Google its quite interesting. I took it but as I was ok

with just the ACV it had little effect, but may be good if you are going

abroad, Looking up the Braggs ACV site is also useful.

What is the " Mother" in the apple cider vinegar discussion. Might be something I would try .

It's Braggs raw ACV with the mother,because it's live.

I think I've got that right.
