Heading on holiday to Bulgaria tomorrow !
Probs though....I was diagnosed in November 2014 and have tapered quite successfully to 5mg pred. Yestarday I began feelin achy in my shoulders and bottom.....wonder should I raise pred to 10 or is it unwise to seesaw meds.
Flight is 3 hrs and Im worried about being uncomfortable.
