Wednesday 29th April, 6.00-7.30pm.
Venue: Northumbria University Campus. 5 mins walk from Haymarket metro, Newcastle.
Northumbria University is running a research project to learn more about how people with IBS view local health and care services.
We are particularly interested in hearing your experiences from first contacting a healthcare professional to discuss your symptoms, through to diagnosis and ongoing management. What services have been good? What could be improved?
Our researchers are building a picture of what would make an “ideal IBS pathway” and are keen to find out what people with IBS would like from the North East and Cumbria health care system.
If you have an IBS diagnosis, and would like to be part of a 10 person focus group, please contact Joanne Smithson, the Project Manger on Joanne.smithson@northumbria.ac.uk.
As a participant, we will refund any travel expenses you have incurred and you will receive a £20 high street voucher as thanks for your participation.
