Hi I'm new to this wonder if anyone can help, my daughter is 12, she has suffered off any on with stomach pains for 2 years, she has just been in hospital pains in the last 4 weeks have been terrible she had ultra sound, blood tests done came back clear so they sent her home, still with the pain.

Do the drs believe it can be ibs? Has she ever had abdominal surgery? From what I understand ibs gets thrown out there quite frequently when they are stumped and don't know what to make OF. Things. I had abdo surgery done last year. Began experiencing severe every day pain. Had bloodwork done as well as cat scan and colonoscopy done too and they can't determine anything. Gastro Dr is suggesting ibs. I've been educating myself more and am believing this is likely adhesion related disorder.
