IGA deficiency

I had a neg Celiac test, so I pushed to get a test for IGA deficiency, which can cause false neg Ctest. My level was 0.7 (0.6-5). So no true deficiency, but could a level this low still cause a false negative?

The only true way to test for Celiac is for a doctor to perform an upper endoscopy and biopsy a small piece of your digestive system
